Mongrel Dog Show
The beloved Bellingen Show Mongrel Dog Show is a much anticipated social event for both dogs and their human companions.
All dogs get a prize – because we love them all!
Our dog show is open to ALL dogs – hence the title Mongrel!
Held on Sunday morning of the Show weekend, the Bellingen Mongrel Dogs Show is a roll up event with entries taken on the day and no entry fee, offering wholesome fun and entertainment for the whole family.
Categories can vary from year to year but generally include:
All dogs Dogs will be given an award for their own special qualities. Your dog may look funny, happy, or elegant, have long or short legs, and have a kind looking face - all shapes and sizes welcome!
Tricks & Obedience Showcase your dog’s intelligence and obedience to our judges!
Dress-up Entertain the crowd with funny, silly serious, mad, amazing, inventive and original moves and costumes! Every entrant (human and canine) dog receives a prize.
Mongrel Dogs Grand Parade Help us find The Most Mongrel Looking Dog and The Best Groomed Dog of the Day!

Registration starts at 9am and the action kicks off at 10am in the Special Events Arena on Sunday morning. Entrants must sign an Indemnity & Waiver form linked above and also available at the venue on the day.
Competition entry fee (for your pooch) $2
Humans need an admission ticket to the Show.
